Mise en place d’un dispositif d’assistance technique auprès des Ministères du secteur éducation-formation à Madagascar pour la mise en œuvre du fonds commun de l’éducation (FCE)

The French Development Agency (AFD) awarded a technical assistance contract to PROMAN on 19 May 2026 to support Madagascar's education and training ministries in implementing and managing the Common Education Fund (FCE). The assistance, valued at €2,895,791, focuses on institutional, organizational, and individual capacity-building across three levels: improving budget document quality and financial-technical data alignment at the institutional level; optimizing ministry operations and internal controls at the organizational level; and strengthening staff competencies in planning, budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting at the individual level.
