Bohumínská městská nemocnice – pavilón LDN

Bohumínská městská nemocnice procured the construction of a new three-storey LDN (long-term care) pavilion with a steel-concrete skeleton structure, comprising 34 rooms with 66 beds, including medical facilities, administrative spaces, and employee amenities on the ground floor. The scope encompasses utility connections (water, sewerage, gas heating, oxygen, and optical lines), 13 parking spaces with landscaping, public lighting, and photovoltaic panels on the roof. Zlínstav a.s. was awarded the contract on 30 December 2025 for CZK 213,079,709.
