El objeto del contrato será la rehabilitación de toda la fachada del ala sur del Hospital Universitario Insular de Gran Canaria, utilizando un sistema constructivo (Revestimiento composite sistema Alucoil) que aúna diseño, durabilidad, mejora del confort térmico y mejora de las condiciones acústicas, aplicando medidas de protección ambiental, tanto en los materiales y productos, como en la gestión de las obras. Esta fachada mejorará de manera considerable las prestaciones energéticas de su envolvente térmica, a la vez que le dará un aspecto de modernidad al conjunto del edificio
