1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest zawarcie umowy ramowej na wykonywanie badań genetyczno-identyfikacyjnych w celu ustalenia profili DNA:
1) Część I – z prób materiału kostnego,
2) Część II – z prób materiału biologicznego w postaci wymazów nabłonka jamy ustnej i/lub wyizolowanego DNA (zwanego dalej materiałem porównawczym).
