La présente consultation concerne la mission de maitrise d'oeuvre en vue de l'attribution d'un accord-cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre mono attributaire couvrant les travaux de la restauration de l'église Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur et Saint-Christophe, Monument Historique classé, à Houdan (78550). Les prestations prendront la forme de marchés subséquents.

La mission de maitrise d'oeuvre, dont le contenu est précisé dans le CCP, est composée de la mission de base dont le contenu est défini aux articles R.621-34 à -35 du code du patrimoine
