Municipality of Pleven awarded a consultant contract to LIFE ENERGY OOD on 16 March 2026 for 2198.56 EUR to prepare an investment compliance report and provide construction supervision for energy renovation of the residential block "Edinstvo" in Pleven. The scope includes preparing a technical investment project with architectural, structural, electrical, HVAC, energy efficiency, fire safety, health and safety, and waste management components, conducting a comprehensive compliance assessment against building standards, and overseeing construction activities including final project documentation and building certification.
