Municipality of Harmanli has awarded engineering and construction services for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the water supply network in the village of Polyanovo, Stage I. The scope includes preparation of a technical design phase investment project, on-site supervision during construction, and execution of construction and installation works comprising approximately 4,060 meters of water mains pipe replacement (HDPE pipes of varying diameters) and restoration of affected road surfaces (1,650 meters of asphalt and 2,410 meters of macadam). The contract was awarded on 9 June 2026 to ADI ENERGY GROUP EOOD and ECO TRADEX GROUP AD for a value of 2,505,330.22 EUR, with a maximum execution period of 300 calendar days for construction works and 60 calendar days for technical design completion.
