Die geplante Baustrecke der B 87 ist Bestandteil des Abschnittes 210, von Netzknoten 4049 008 bis Netzknoten 4048 018 - Str.-km 4, 559 bis 6,952. Mit dem Radwegebau ergeben sich aus den rechtlichen Vorgaben durch das Bundesnaturschutzgesetz (§§ 13ft. BNatSchG) Pflichten für den Eingriffsverursacher.
