Procesní evaluace Jednotného národního rámce v letech 2024 až 2028

The Czech Ministry for Regional Development has awarded a contract to Naviga Advisory and Evaluation s.r.o. for 1,993,000 CZK (awarded 30 June 2026) to conduct process evaluation of the Unified National Framework rules and procedures for EU funds (ERDF, ESF+, Cohesion Fund, and maritime/fisheries fund) during 2021–2027. The evaluation scope includes gathering feedback from applicants and implementing structures, assessing simplified reporting methods, evaluating "Do No Significant Harm" and climate resilience provisions, reviewing digital services law compliance, conducting thematic assessments of the framework, and preparing methodology for the 2028+ programming period.
