Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy procured the renovation and extension of Tammelan school building 2 and Sara Hildèn academy in Tampere, involving the preservation and basic renovation of the protected south end and replacement of the north section with new construction. The project piloted construction product reuse in accordance with zoning requirements and the city's circular economy guidelines, structured as a divided contract with Rakennustuotteet Lapti Oy as main contractor and subcontracts for piping, ventilation, electrical, and building automation work. The contract was awarded on 25 May 2026 to a consortium of Consti Talotekniikka Oy, Epilän Sähkökone Oy, MHS-Asennus Oy, and Rakennusliike Lapti Oy for 13,968,084 EUR.
