Overview
Die Wärmeversorgung für die Gebäudebeheizung und Warmwasserbereitung des Quartiers "Im Hilgenfeld" wird über ein Nahwärmenetz mit drei Heizzentralen realisiert. Die Wärmeerzeugung besteht in jeder Heizzentrale aus einer Wärmepumpe, einem Gas-Blockheizkraftwerk (BHKW) und einem Gas-Spitzenkessel. Als Quelle für die Wärmepumpen dienen jeweils Erdwärmesonden und PVT-Absorber (Kombination aus Solarluftabsorbern und Photovoltaik).
