Overview
Die in Ortbeton-Massivbauweise hergestellte Tiefgarage wurde in den Jahren 1981-82 in Deckelbauweise erbaut und verfügt über drei Geschosse. Wegen massiver Rissbildungen und tausalzbedingter Schäden an der Betonkonstruktion ist der weitestgehende Abbruch und Neubau der innenliegenden Bauteile vorgesehen. Die umhüllenden Bauteile, bestehend aus Bodenplatte, Bohrpfahlwand und Tiefgaragendeckel, sowie die Kern- und Nebenraumbereiche und die Treppenhauswände bleiben erhalten.
