The Municipality of Utrecht has awarded a framework agreement to three engineering firms—Adviesbureau voor Bouwconstructies Wagemaker B.V., Antea Nederland B.V., and Haskoning Nederland B.V.—for structural re-assessment and maintenance advisory services on civil works including quay walls and bridges across the municipality's 1,500 assets (approximately 1,100 bridges and 50 km of structural quays). The work encompasses structural reassessment, stability and deformation measurements, recalculations, and maintenance advice, with an estimated scope of 100–250 vehicle bridges and multiple quay structures subject to final data verification and strategy confirmation.
