Overview
L'accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation des prestations de conseil financier et fiscal. Les missions du titulaire relèvent de trois types de prestations principales : 1. Assistance à maîtrise d’ouvrage durant la conclusion et l’exécution des procédures de montages complexes en vue de (re)négociation, d’un suivi et du contrôle financier des contrats en cours ; 2. Assistance dans la définition et le suivi de la stratégie financière et fiscale du département ; 3. Analyse financière des comptes des opérateurs économiques et des organismes en lien avec le département.
