Overview
Im Rahmen des Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungsprozesses wird für den Klinikverbund ein zentrales Speisenverteilzentrum (SVZ) im Bestand der Küche des Klinikum Bremen Ost (KBO) entstehen. Folglich plant die Gesundheit Nord gGmbH eine interimistische Speisenversorgung aus der Zentralküche im Klinikum Bremen Mitte (KBM) an das KBO innerhalb der Bauphase. Die dafür benötigten Transportdienstleistungen der zubereiteten Speisen sollen an einen externen Logistikdienstleister vergeben werden und stellen damit den Gegenstand der Ausschreibung dar.
