Renovering af Bøgehøjgård - udbud af hovedentreprise

Helsingør Kommune has awarded a major renovation and conversion contract for Bøgehøjgård, a four-wing 1973 facility, to JAKON A/S for 67,035,591 DKK (estimated 60 million DKK). The project transforms the existing care centre into a residential facility for 34 units (including 4 accessible apartments) for people with mental and physical challenges, involving comprehensive energy upgrades, complete interior reconfiguration, replacement of windows, doors, roofs, mechanical systems, and subdivision of existing 48 units into smaller, accessible apartments organized into three living groups with shared facilities and community spaces. The work is complete as of April 2026.
