The Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz) procured printing, enveloping, and postal dispatch services for letters in administrative fine, collection, and EU enforcement assistance procedures, as well as for the association litigation register, divided into four lots. The contract, valued at approximately 19.4 million EUR, was awarded on 2 March 2026 to Deutsche Post AG, Deutsche Post E-Post Solutions GmbH, and pd.MEDIENLOGISTIK GmbH, with services commencing on 1 May 2026 and running through April 2030 (October 2029 for Lot 3). The scope included end-to-end workflow implementation from electronic data submission through printing, enveloping, and dispatch, with optional services such as authenticity certification, software development, technical support, and interface development.
