Overview
Als zuständige Behörde i. S. d. Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1370/2007 beabsichtigt der Landkreis Traunstein mit Wirkung zum 16.09.2025 die Vergabe eines öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrages über öffentliche Personenverkehrsdienste für die Linie 9433 (Schnaitsee – Waldhausen – Gars am Inn) europaweit aus. Es handelt sich um Linienverkehr nach § 42 PBefG .
Die zu erbringende Verkehrsleistung im festen Linienverkehr beläuft sich auf ungefähr 35.000 Fahrplankilometer pro Jahr.
• Der Verkehr ist am 16.09.2025 (= erster Betriebstag) aufzunehmen.
• Der Auftrag endet mit Ablauf des 15.09.2030 (= letzter Betriebstag).
