Overview
Hankijal on hetkel kasutusel on Atlassian toodete Data Center versioon, kuid hanke käigus soovitakse minna üle pilveversioonile ning soetada pilveversiooni litsentsid. Hankija soovib hankemenetluse tulemusena sõlmida raamlepingu ühe eduka pakkujaga Atlassiani toodete ja pistikprogrammide pilveversiooni litsentside ostmiseks raamlepingu perioodil.
Eelduslikult ostab hankija raamlepingu alusel ostetavaid tooteid raamlepingu kehtivuse perioodil selle maksimaalses mahus, tegelik raamlepingu alusel sõlmitavate hankelepingute kogumaksumus sõltub siiski hankija vajadustest (seega hankija ei võta endale kohustust osta litsentse raamlepingu maksimaalses mahus). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
