Im Zuge der Herrichtung von Haus 5 in der Cecilienstraße 92 als Einsatztrainingszentrum ist eine Zertifizierung nach dem Leitfaden Nachhaltiges Bauen des BMUB und dem zugrundeliegenden Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen Bundesgebäude (BNB) vorgesehen. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen alle zur Sicherstellung der vorgesehenen Zertifizierung notwendigen Leistungen, insbesondere Beratung, Koordination, Prüfung und Dokumentation der Leistungen aller am Projekt fachlich Beteiligten sowie der Nachweisführung.
