Overview
Im Rahmen der laufenden Baumaßnahme an der Grund- und Mittelschule Süd erfolgt die Umsetzung im laufenden Betrieb in mehreren Bauabschnitten, die wiederum in Maßnahmenpakete unterteilt sind. Das zweite Maßnahmenpaket beinhaltet die Kernsanierung der bestehenden Bauteile 3 und 4 der Mittelschule (jeweils drei Geschosse) sowie den Neubau eines nördlichen Querbaus mit zwei Geschossen. Im Zuge dieser Arbeiten wird die gesamte Technische Gebäudeausrüstung vollständig erneuert.
