Darüber hinaus soll die Studie auch städtebaulich funktionale und/ oder gestalterische Aufwertungs-maßnahmen zur Einbindung der Standorte in ihre umliegenden öffentlichen Flächen und Nutzungsstrukturen im Anpassungsbereich ausarbeiten.
