Overview
Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung Elektro gemäß §§ 53 ff HOAI, Anlagengruppen 4 und 5 (Starkstromanlagen, fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen) für den Neubau des Quartiershauses Q1 im neuen Stadtteil Dietenbach Freiburg.
Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 sowie 5 bis 9 gemäß § 55 HOAI (volles Leistungsbild), Leistungsphase 4 soweit erforderlich.
Mit voraussichtlich folgenden besonderen Leistungen:
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung einer Brandfallmatrix und Umsetzen in eine Brandfallsteuermatrix, 3D-Planung, Raumbuch, Wandansichten im Bezug auf die Elektrotechnik, Einlegepläne/Verlegepläne (Beton/Holz)
