Overview
De aanleiding voor de aanbesteding is het aflopen van het contract van de huidige schuldhulpverleningssoftware. Opdrachtgever heeft tot doel om de huidige applicatie voor schuldhulpverlening te vervangen en de dienstverlening zonder onderbreking te continueren.
Gouda wil de huidige on-premise applicatie vervangen door een SaaS-applicatie voor schuldhulpverlening. Budgetbeheer is nu uitbesteed en gaat Gouda mogelijk op termijn in eigen beheer uitvoeren. De applicatie moet ook hierin voorzien. In de nieuwe applicatie moeten zowel lopende als gesloten dossiers beschikbaar te zijn. Zie aanbestedingsleidraad
