The scope includes implementing a biological treatment process for dissolved pollution, improving effluent management during rainfall, optimizing energy performance, reducing environmental impact, and establishing water reuse systems for municipal external uses, with design solutions adapted to the site's extreme compactness and significant seasonal load variations.
