Overview
Das Projekt ABS/NBS Stuttgart – Singen – Grenze D/CH, Abschnitt Nord (sog. Gäubahnausbau Nord) sieht den zweigleisigen Neubau der Strecke Stuttgart Flughafen bis Böblingen-Goldberg auf einer Länge von ca. 12 km vor.
Der Gäubahnausbau Nord ist in drei Planfeststellungsabschnitte (PFA) gegliedert:
• PFA 1 – Pfaffensteigtunnel, geschlossene Bauweise
• PFA 2 – Abzweig Mönchsbrunnen bis Haltepunkt Goldberg
• PFA 3 – Verbindungsleistung Unterwerk Rohr bis Abzweig Mönchsbrunnen
