Overview
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa energii elektrycznej do siedziby Centrum e-Zdrowia. Dostawa energii odbywać się będzie na warunkach określonych przez kodeks cywilny, na podstawie przepisów ustawy z dnia 10 kwietnia 1997 r. Prawo energetyczne (t.j. Dz. U. 2022 poz. 1385 z późn. zm.) oraz zgodnie z obowiązującymi rozporządzeniami do ww. ustawy.

3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach opisanych w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ - Projektowane postanowienia umowy.
