Overview
Hanke raames ostetakse 4 aasta jooksul liigeseproteese koos nende paigaldamiseks vajalike abiseadmetega vastavalt hankedokumentides (HD) ja selle lisades toodud tingimustele. Nõuded ostetavatele toodetele ja tehniline kirjeldus on esitatud tootegruppide lõikes HD lisas 1. Eeldatavad kogused ning osades 1 ja 2 ka konsignatsioonilao minimaalne koosseis on esitatud HD lisas 1. Hankijal on õigus lepinguperioodil suurendada või vähendada ostetavate toodete koguseid vastavalt tegelikule vajadusele. Iga osa (tootegrupi) kohta sõlmitakse raamleping ühe pakkujaga. Sõlmitava lepingu tingimused on esitatud raamlepingu projektis (lisad 2.1 ja 2.2).
