Fachplanungsleistungen für die Erweiterung des Kindergartens ins Bark

The Municipality of Bark awarded specialist planning services for the expansion of a kindergarten in Bark on 5 June 2026 to three firms: HTG Ingenieurbüro für Bauwesen GmbH, Ingenieurbüro Kohn GmbH & Co. KG, and PBA Planungsgesellschaft Haustechnik mbH. The scope comprises three lots covering technical planning services for electrical systems, heating/ventilation/sanitary systems, and structural design across phases 1–9 (or 1–6 for structural design) in accordance with HOAI 2021 standards. The project involves constructing a new single-storey kindergarten facility on municipal land to replace an inadequate existing building and meet increased demand for childcare places in the community.
