Further strengthening of administrative capacities of the competent authority in the area of food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary affairs – Development of IT Phytosanitary System

The purpose of this contract is designing, developing and implementing of a new software for the Phytosanitary Information System, in order to improve the capacities of the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary and Phytosanitary Affairs (with emphasis on the Sector for Phytosanitary Affairs) to manage the system for official control of goods in the phytosanitary area which have been produced in Montenegro, or imported to Montenegro, as well as other tasks required by the standards and procedures prescribed by the EU Chapter 12: Food Safety, Veterinary and Phytosanitary Affairs.
