Overview
Bei dem Verhandlungsverfahren ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 8 VgV wurde zuvor ein nichtoffener einphasiger interdisziplinärer Realisierungswettbewerb nach RPW 2013 durchgeführt.
Im Rahmen des VgV-Verfahrens sollten die Leistungen für die
- Objektplanung Gebäude (LPH 2-8 § 34 HOAI 2021) und
- Objektplanung Freianlagen (LPH 2-8 § 39 HOAI 2021)
vergeben werden.
