The European Court of Auditors' Directorate has awarded a 36-month IT system modernization and managed services contract to a consortium of Grepton Informatikai, Inter-Computer-Informatika, and Logosz IT Services for 549,118,178.67 HUF. The scope covers comprehensive cloud-centric IT transformation for a 171-person organization, including service desk support (L1–L3), device management, identity and access management, Microsoft 365 collaboration, Azure cloud operations, network operations, endpoint and email protection, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, incident management, patch management, license management, and governance services, delivered on a monthly fee basis with defined SLA levels and 5×9 hours of helpdesk support, plus integration of 180 laptops and 200 monitors across both cloud and on-premises environments.
