Obiectul contractului îl constituie furnizarea de produse alimentare necesare pregatirii hranei consistente si de calitate pentru toate categoriile de varsta:
- copii internati intre 0-1an, 1-3 ani, 3-16 ani, peste 16 ani;
- apartinatori internati cu copii de 1-3 ani conform Legii nr. 95/2006
- apartinatori care solicita masa contra cost;
- medici de garda
Produsele ce fac obiectul prezentei proceduri proceduri au fost impartite in 24 loturi.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 18.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare cu cel puţin 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor - cf art.160 alin.2 coroborat cu art. 161 alin. 1 din Legea 98/2016
