Mechanical Works at Scoil Íosagáin Infant N.S.

Published

Deadline
Closed 24 March 2025

Overview

The project consists of the removal of the original central heating system and its replacement with a new more modern and efficient one. The new radiators will be more efficient convection heaters and will be fed with ‘Viago’ type pipe work ran over the ceiling to minimise disruption. The hot water system will also need to be addressed. A separate dedicated boiler for heating water will be the most effective option. This will be a Gas Fired ACV or equivalent. Attic insulation will need to be improved upon and windows will need to be replaced. This is elaborated upon in the Technical Report attached which was submitted.
