Tours métropole Val de Loire has awarded a multi-lot framework agreement for technical studies including thermal analysis, renewable energy feasibility studies, indoor air quality assessment, and regulatory energy performance certificates (DPE). The agreement, valued at €1,280,000 over four years (two-year initial term plus one renewal), was awarded to APAVE, INDDIGO, ITGA, and Pouget Consultants across five separate lots, with unit pricing and issuance by purchase orders.
