ACCORD CADRE POUR L'ABONNEMENT, L'ACCES EN LIGNE, LA FOURNITURE D'UNE OFFRE DE RESSOURCES DOCUMENTAIRES NUMERIQUES AINSI QUE LA GESTION POUR LES USAGERS DES MEDIATHEQUES DU RESEAU DEPARTEMENTAL

The Conseil Départemental des Pyrénées-Orientales has awarded a framework agreement worth €388,000 for subscription access to digital documentary resources and online management services for users of the departmental library network's mediatheques. The contract, executed by purchase orders, was awarded on 19 May 2026 to five providers: ARTE FRANCE DEVELOPPEMENT, COLLECTIVITE VIDEO SERVICES (C.V.S), LEARNORAMA, LEKIOSQUE FR, and STORYPLAYR. Registered users of mediatheques within the departmental network will have free access to the included digital resources through their library subscription.
