Overview
Het renoveren van gebouw SL2. De renovatie van SL2 willen wij middels een bouwteam aanbesteden.
1. Bouwteamfase
In april 2024 hebben wij een integraal ontwerpteam (IOT) gecontracteerd. Dit IOT heeft tot en met december 2024 een Definitief Ontwerp plus c.q. Concept Technisch Ontwerp – Bestek (‘DO plus/Concept TO’) uitgewerkt voor de renovatie van SL2. Dit DO plus/Concept TO is recent herijkt. In de bouwteamfase is het DO plus/Concept TO het startproduct voor de aannemer (de winnaar van deze aanbesteding) om samen met het door ons gecontracteerde IOT het DO plus/Concept TO uit te werken tot een (definitief) Technisch Ontwerp – Bestek (TO).
2. Uitvoeringsfase
In de uitvoeringsfase zal de aannemer de renovatie van SL2 verzorgen inclusief alle voorbereidende werkzaamheden. ca 9.000 m2 BVO
