Overview
Der Campingplatz Thalkirchen wird modernisiert. Dazu werden Bestandgebäude (u.a. Eingangsbau, diverse Sanitärgebäude) z.T. abgebrochen und neu errichtet, z.T. auch erhalten und saniert. Auf dem Gelände wird die Infrastruktur vollständig erneuert. Die Außenanlagen werden so umgeplant, dass künftig ca. 283 Fahrzeug-Standplätze, 163 Zelt-Standplätze sowie 29 Hütten für den Betrieb zur Verfügung stehen. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Metallbau-Fassaden-Arbeiten. Nähere Angaben siehe Ziffer 5.1.
