Modernisierungsmaßnahmen am Jordan Badepark - Hallen- und Freibad

The City of Kaufbeuren commissioned modernisation work at the Jordan swimming park (indoor and outdoor facilities) under a federal pool renovation subsidy programme. The scope included renewal of technical systems (water treatment, ventilation, sanitation), modernisation of changing rooms and staff areas, facade and roof replacement, new stainless steel pool liners, updated fire safety systems, and a new supervisor building in the outdoor pool area. Hermann J. Hölzle was awarded the contract for €80,246 on 5 May 2026, and the project is now complete.
