Municipality of Belene procured public passenger transport services on regional and inter-regional bus routes according to established schedules across three lots, with an estimated value of 251,044 EUR. Lot 2 for the Belene–Svishchov route (departing 14:00, returning 16:15 daily year-round) was awarded to ET Valentin Rusanov on 26 May 2026 for 33,234 EUR. The contract period is up to 36 months and includes compensation to carriers for transport services rendered in compliance with Bulgarian transport regulations.
