Sanatoriul Balnear si de Recuperare Techirghiol has awarded a combined design and construction contract for modernization of its infrastructure. The contract, valued at 57,709,850.19 RON, was awarded on 6 May 2026 to a consortium comprising Allinox Bio Energy, Nebo Instaconstruct SRL, Strizo Sintetic, and Tesaro Kit Construct, and covers design services (technical project, execution details, technical documentation, and on-site engineering support) plus execution of construction and installation works including electrical connections, building and mechanical systems, equipment installation, and site organization.
