La présente consultation est passée suivant un appel d'offres ouvert en application des articles L.2124-2 et R.2124-2 du CCP.
Conformément aux articles L.2125-1 et R.2162 du CCP, les prestations s'inscrivent dans un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum de :
- Lot n° 1 : 250 000 EUR HT / 4 ans
- Lot n° 2 : 3 000 000 EUR HT / 4 ans
- Lot n° 3 : 400 000 EUR HT / 4 ans
- Lot n° 4 : 100 000 EUR HT / 4 ans
- Lot n° 5 : 200 000 EUR HT / 4 ans
