A framework agreement for the supply of pharmaceutical products for human use across 290 lots to ensure adequate quantities of quality medicines with appropriate dosages and technical specifications. The contract was awarded on 22 June 2026 to twelve suppliers including AIS PRODIMPEX SRL, DEPOTHEKE, DONA LOGISTICA, DR.MAX, FELSIN FARM, FITERMAN DISTRIBUTION, FRESENIUS KABI ROMANIA, INFOMED FLUIDS, ND PHARMA, PHARM AHEAD, Pharma, and ROMFARMACHIM for a total value of 768,288.05 RON. The framework is valid for 12 months from signature, with subsequent call-off contracts to be awarded during this period.
