- ABIERTO, de conformidad con los artículos 24.1 y 38 de la Ley 24/2011, de 01 de agosto de Contratos del Sector Público en los ámbitos de la Defensa y Seguridad Entre dicho material se encuentran los explosivos (plástico, cordón detonante, goma 2, trilita, mechas, detonadores, etc.), cartuchos para cañón disruptor y material auxiliar, al objeto de poder desactivar con eficacia y seguridad los artefactos explosivos, al mismo tiempo que se minimizan los riesgos para los artificieros.
