Tallinna Tehnikaülikool hangib peegelduva valgusega invertmikroskoobi koos mikroskoobikaamera, tarkvara ja arvutiga.
Mikroskoobiga peab saama uurida katsekehade metallograafilist struktuuri, sealhulgas
faaside koostist, terade piire ning lisandite ja struktuursete koostisosade jaotust pärast
