Les prestations objet du présent accord-cadre sont les suivantes, réparties en 2 lots :
- Lot 1 : une assistance nivologique hivernale, hors période de crise (veille permanente) et en période de crise (mise à disposition d'expert-nivologue) pour l'ensemble du réseau routier départemental ouvert à la circulation et exposé aux risques d'avalanches ;
- Lot 2 : une assistance nivologique pendant les opérations de déneigement et de réouverture des cols et routes fermés à la circulation l'hiver
