Overview
Im Zuge der Generalsanierung der Mittelschule Baiersdorf werden im Erd- und Obergeschoss die Fußbodenaufbauten erneuert. Die Arbeiten umfassen den Ausgleich und das Dämmen der abgedichteten Bodenplatte bzw. Geschossdecke mit Wärme- und Trittschalldämmungen, sowie das Einbringen von unbeheizten Zementestrichen der Güte F4 und F6.Grober Leistungsumfang:•Ca. 2500 m2 Zementestrich F6•Ca. 1500 m2 F4 Die Arbeiten sollen ab KW 49/2025 (01.12.2025) bis zur KW 05/2026 ausgeführt werden.
