„Budowa trzech budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych wraz z urządzeniami budowlanymi w Dobrzelowie – gmina Bełchatów”

SIM Łódzkie sp. z o.o. has awarded a construction contract to AGROBEX BUDOWA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ and AGROBEX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ for PLN 24,608,867.37 on 8 May 2026 to build three multi-family residential buildings with building installations in Dobrzelów, Bełchatów municipality. The scope includes structural and finishing works, internal installations (water, heating, electrical, ventilation, air conditioning), external installations and connections, parking for 60 vehicles with EV charging infrastructure, waste facilities, site improvements, and commissioning of all systems with post-completion documentation and warranty service.
