The State Support Services Centre (Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus) commissioned an impact analysis of Estonia's family-friendly employer mark programme for the Ministry of Social Affairs. Sustinere OÜ was awarded the contract for 58,680 EUR on 30 April 2026 to assess the programme's results and long-term effects, evaluate communication and awareness-raising efforts, and provide recommendations for further implementation and quality improvements. The analysis, completed as of the award date, includes strengths and weaknesses assessment of the family-friendly employer mark development programme and evidence-based recommendations validated by experts and target group representatives.
