Sporządzenie dokumentacji technicznej dla zadania: „Wykonanie ekspertyz technicznych dotyczących odporności i zakresu przebudowy dla obiektów mogących zostać uznanymi za budowle ochronne wraz z opracowaniem programów funkcjonalno-użytkowych”

The City of Gdańsk awarded a contract to LUX Consulting Tomasz Ciupak on 12 June 2026 for 195,121.96 PLN to prepare technical documentation and conduct technical expertise assessments on six school and kindergarten buildings to determine their suitability as protective structures and develop functional programs. The scope includes inventory surveys, technical and mycological reports, cost estimates for construction work, and functional-use programs for three objects in part one (Primary Schools 43, 45, and 57) and three objects in part two (Primary School 58, General Secondary School Complex 1, and Kindergarten 15).
